    We conducted a comprehensive benchmark study to test the effectiveness of Luppa AI’s action plans by giving the same dataset to Luppa AI, and HR professionals with 2-10 years of experience. Their job was to create action plans based on the dataset, and both types of action plans were evaluated by a third party; HR veterans with 10+ years of experience.

    In our benchmark study, action plans generated by Luppa AI received better results than average results from HR professionals with 2-10 years of experience. What is even more interesting, 80% of the respondents couldn’t tell which action plans were made by Luppa AI, and which by humans.
