Participation in the Top Workplace Award is open to all organizations using Luppa’s digital tool.

To be eligible, your organization must demonstrate results that are at least 20% higher than industry and market benchmarks in key metrics: Overall score, average of Luppa’s 12 dimensions, engagement and eNPS.
