She helps companies foster meaningful dialogue between employees and leaders, boosting satisfaction and engagement. Working with small, medium and complex organizations, each with its own specific challenges, Tina’s support can provide you with insights and accompany your teams in improving their work and culture to maximize efficiency and collaboration.
Tina has extensive HR leadership experience, guiding management at all levels in team management, talent development, coaching, and change management during mergers and acquisitions. She has worked in telecom, banking, and media over the past eight years. Additionally, Tina has spent 10 years as a psychotherapist, helping clients with emotional challenges.
Her educational background includes a four-year training in gestalt psychotherapy at IGW Wurzburg, following a one-year post-graduate study in organization and management at the Faculty of Economy. Additionally, she has pursued studies in psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
